Cape Manzamo is a limestone headland in Onna Village on Okinawa’s west coast, where the cliff has been undercut into the elephant-trunk profile the cape is known for. It is a short loop walk on a clifftop lawn.
Manzamo is directly off Route 58, the road that runs the length of the west coast, so it fits naturally between Naha and the northern sights. Parking is paid and sits below the headland; the walk out to the viewpoint takes a few minutes.
